Home Overview

The Home page displays dashboard, tiles and corresponding information based on the security considerations.

Screen Navigation and Flow

Admin Console navigation, flow and theme include the Cycle Widget and the navigation tiles such as Audit Log Search, User Log Purging in the Home Page that allows a user to navigate to the various screens of Admin Console. The users can set their own individual screen resolution preferences adhering to the Accessibility Guidelines.

User Menu

You can select the Screen Width option from the User Menu to change the resolution of the screen. Once you select the pixel option, the screen refreshes automatically and displays the appropriate resolution.

You can select the below option from the User Menu:

Screen Width: Allows to change the resolution of the screen. Once you select the pixel option, the screen refreshes automatically and displays the appropriate resolution.

Sign Out: Allows to sign out of the application

 

Note: The screen width selection is not saved, and you need to make the selection again the next time you log in to the system.

Cycle Dashboard

The Cycle Dashboard on the Home Page displays the Line Chart with the total execution time for cycle steps. By default, the Cycle data is displayed for the last 30 days. The cycle run data is displayed for each date when the cycle run has been initiated in the form of respective nodes for each system date.

In the line chart,

  • All executed cycle steps and the total execution time data for each individual cycle steps executed along with the total for all cycle steps are represented by a specific color lines along the time and date that each step took for execution.
  • It allows to select a particular cycle or all the cycle steps that will be displayed when the cycle processes check box is selected; By default the total cycle line is selected and displayed in the line chart.
  • When you are selecting the start and end dates in the calendar, the dates when the cycles are run is highlighted in Bold.

Each individual date on the line chart is represented with an end point, when you hovering over the end point, the system display the following:

  • Date
  • No of Activities processed
  • Time Taken
  • Number of Activities successfully processed
  • Number of Business Errors
  • Number of System Errors

You can click the chart to navigate to the Complete Cycle page. If there is no cycle data, "No data to display' message appears.

Audit Log Search

When you click Audit Log Search, the Admin Console displays the Audit Log Search screen with various filter options to view the different types of audit logs. You can view the audit logs on the OIPA screen navigation captured by Read logs.

User Log Purging

When you click User Log Purging, Admin Console displays the User Log Purging screen with various filter options and to Add Schedules to purge user logs. You can view, edit, rerun or purge the user logs in the system.
